Insight Change is built on a foundation of rigorous research and real-world experience. My PhD thesis focused on the dynamics of career progression, equality and organisational culture — research that explored how societal, structural, and cultural factors interact to shape workplaces. This academic depth allows me to bring a scientific, evidence-based perspective to complex challenges, while keeping solutions practical and grounded.
Before founding Insight Change, I spent nearly a decade working within the financial services, gaining first-hand experience of the pressures and opportunities that organisations and individuals face. Since then, I’ve partnered with clients across diverse sectors — from financial services to construction to the equine industry — each with its own distinct landscape and surprising overlaps.
My approach is immersive. I take the time to step into my clients’ world, gaining a deep understanding of their challenges, the decisions they’ve made, and the path that has led them to where they are today. By listening and learning, I’m able to uncover subtle dynamics that are often overlooked, creating strategies that truly resonate with both leadership and teams.
